Blubberhouses

This land is now only used once a year for the Yorkshire Centre Basic Memorial Trial in March and we need to be very careful how we use the land or we could lose it.
It’s important that riders stick to the marked route over the moors (not doing so will result in exclusion for the rider).
Sheep and wildlife in the area so keep dogs on a lead and clean up after them.
For 2020 we are reverting to using the old parking area either side of the tarmac track. This time though the track will be one-way so you can drive in through the gate, park up on the grass either side of the track then, when leaving, continue in the same direction and drive out through the bottom gate back onto the A59, so no turning round on the verges and risking getting stuck.
There’s ample parking so please don’t leave your cars/vans outside on the road or on the verges, the police in the past have warned against parking on the road.

Turn off the A59 onto North Moor Road, after 400 yards, as the road bears right, turn left through the gate.  Map co-ordinates are 53.995006,-1.796355 or using WHAT3WORDS app ///natively.diplomat.defenders or See map below
